Taylor Swift Dominates the Music Industry, Again !

by admin

Taylor Swift has always been record breaking just as in January when she beat Elvis Presley. She is the solo artist who is the only artist that has bagged the top spot on the Billboard album chart for so long. This again comes with her breaking another record.

Swift’s song, “Is It Over Now?” Has reached the no. 1 spot on the Billboard Pop Airplay chart last week. This made her who has 13 no.1 Pop Airplay singles, which is the most for any artist ever.

Prior to her latest achievement, it is still safe to say that she is already leading when we look at Maroon 5, Rihanna, and Katy Perry who each have held 11 No.1 singles on the Pop AIrplay Chart. Swift has surpassed her own record this time around and is exceptional, also with her affinity for the number 13 which is her lucky number and the date of her birthday, which is also why it holds such significance.

Also another news which made fans scroll more, is when Alicia Keys gave fans the crossover that no one expected but everyone needed. During the appearance on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, Keys claimed her son Genesis’ pure love of Taylor Swift and Billie Eilish and jokingly said that he was “flirting” with the singer at the iHeartRadio Music Awards in the year 2019. As Genesis and Swift had crossed paths again recently, her nine year old son was curious to know if Taylor remembered him from years back. Fans found this super adorable!

Taylor’s fans are no longer shocked but show pure excitement when they see her breaking records over and over again. She keeps on making top music and her icon status continues to live on.
