Wesfarmers Ltd (ASX:WES) Incorporated in 1914, Wesfarmers Group operates in segments such as supermarkets, liquor, hotels, and convenience stores, etc. The company recently made takeover offer to Australian Pharmaceutical Industries (API). Wesfarmers had also said that if the takeover were successful, API would be the basis of a new healthcare division of Wesfarmers.
