Your eligibility to participate in our Patient Benefit Program is entirely dependent on the prescribing decision made by your Oncologist.

Any decision regarding the success/failure of your treatment will be made by your Oncologist and we will consider their decision to be final.

As is the case in any healthcare treatment, the success rate of a medication depends on several factors such as age, cancer stage/grade, patient health, and so on. We recommend you consult your Oncologist to better understand the success rate of your prescribed drug, as well as the clinical endpoint defined for your treatment.

Currently, our Patient Benefit Program only covers the costs for your targeted immunotherapy drugs. Hospitalisation costs, doctor's fees, lab/diagnostic test expenses, etc. are not covered under the program.

Mango will check with all our lending partners regarding your eligibility requirements and specific credit assessments. If your application is rejected, you will be informed, and another applicant may then apply for credit assessment on your behalf.

In order to promote the affordability of novel cancer therapies, we are working with our lending partners to ensure low effective interest rates on loans. These interest rates will be at the sole discretion of our lending partners, while the timelines and tenure of the loan may vary according to the price of each drug. Further details will be provided to you at the time of application.

If you decide to drop out of the program mid-way due to a non-clinical reason(s), you will not be eligible for any rebates. If, however, your Oncologist decides to stop the treatment due to a clinical reason, you will then be eligible for a predetermined rebate on the cost of the drug as defined before the onset of the program.

Based on the clinical endpoint and duration of treatment defined by your Oncologist for a specific indication and drug combination, a predetermined schedule and rebate schedule will be devised for you. All payments and discounts will be governed by this schedule for the entirety of the program.

Yes, you can either opt for self-funded or financed payment schemes. If you opt for the self-funded route, you will receive a predefined rebate on the cost of the drug in the event of treatment failure. We will also define a payment schedule for you to procure the drug before every cycle.

Yes, even if you choose to use your own funds, you will be eligible for a rebate on the drug price (in the event of treatment failure) as defined before the onset of the program.

We use your data to understand your progress and clinical response to the immunotherapy drug prescribed to you, as part of our program. Additionally, we will use your data (in an anonymised format) to create and train our AI models that will help us derive insights related to personalised medicine and support patients better in the future.
