Though it is not possible at such maximum capacity because of the type of paper or environmental conditions (which is either very high or low temperature and humidity). For such cases, reduce the number of sheets you are using at a time in the tray. You can limit the number of sheets to half of the paper load limit.
• Remember, you are always loading the paper in the portrait orientation, not in landscape type. Correct printing orientation is also a must factor.
• As you load the printing paper into the tray, try loading it with the print side facing upwards. Make sure that you are aligning the paper stack against the right side of the rear tray. Additionally, slide the paper guide correctly so that it just touches the left edge of the stack.
