Acid Circulation Pumps have a horizontal radially split one-piece volute casing with a semi-open impeller, single entrance, and stage design for smooth corrosion performance as required by the industry. Our Acid Circulating Pumps are designed particularly for extremely corrosive fluids, for which metal is not recommended or is prohibitively costly. A high alumina ceramic sleeve is used to protect the shafts of polypropylene and PVDF pumps from corrosion and wear. A mechanical seal prevents pump leakage, and the finest cast iron heavy-duty oil-lubricated bearing housing increases pump strength.
