It is not uncommon for a majority of the residents in the Greater Toronto Area to assume that their airbag indeed has no connection to their windshield. I mean, what are the odds? Your windshield is a safety glass that mainly protects you from flying debris and your air bag is a bag that deploys upon impact. If you are not a Scarborough auto glass technician, you would atomically assume that they are not related seeing how they perform two completely different jobs.
