It helps businesses stand out from their competitors, providing their customers with a storyline in which they will remember them. Business Storytelling refers to the use of the story structure for the purpose of internal and external communication, collaboration and marketing. Business Storytelling can be used to persuade peers, to sell to clients, to develop new marketing narratives, and even to reposition the company amongst the competition. Business Storytelling is also a process of using fact and narrative to communicate something to your audience. Some stories are factual, and some are embellished or improvised in order to better explain the core message.
