California Senator Raises Medical Malpractice Awareness Despite improvements in oversight, procedures, and technology, medical malpractice is still a rampant problem not only in Los Angeles but across the country. It’s not just one kind of medical malpractice, either: all medical errors yield an average of 325,000 who die each year.
