Primary Premature Ejaculation was first noticed by a man during his first sexual encounter, and has been occurring from that point on. Secondary Premature Ejaculation is a condition that occurs after a person is able to perform a "normal" sexual activity (i.e. that a man previously had the ability to regulate his ejaculations and peaking).
