Cervical laminectomy is the procedure to remove a portion of bone from the spine in the neck to relieve pressure caused by cervical spinal stenosis. It can place pressure on the spinal cord. Due to that spinal cord can be insidious loss of coordination, loss of balance during walking, and even bowel and bladder incontinence.
