U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) made significant changes to the H-1B CAP lottery process by introducing an electronic registration requirement for employers seeking to submit H-1B CAP-subject petitions for their employees. The new H-1B CAP lottery process involves a new H-1B electronic registration process, a $10 registration filing fee per registration, and a new registration filing timeframe and it will be implemented in the fiscal year (2021).
