Cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) pipe lining is one of numerous ways for repairing existing pipelines that does not include digging up the pipes. CIPP is a jointless, seamless pipe-within-a-pipe that can repair pipelines with diameters ranging from 4 to 110 inches. Lining the pipes is less costly and more efficient than standard open-cut replacement procedures, which are often done with minimal to no digging. Installing a resin-saturated felt tube that hardens into a robust "pipe-within-a-pipe" is the CIPP method.
