Congress spokesperson Abhay Dubey, who reached Varanasi to protest against the irregularities regarding voting percentage in the Lok Sabha elections, has raised questions on the Election Commission. He alleged that in the percentage figures released after 10 days, the Commission has increased the number of voters by an additional one crore.
