Copyright Registration of sound recording

Any work that contains a sound i.e. any recording in the form of audio, may be registered as copyright as a sound recording. Whereas, any work represented by means of a visual recording and includes a sound recording accompanying such visual recording shall be deemed to be cinematographic works.
