As experts in CPAP equipment, we do our best to remain agnostic when discussing equipment. Our goal is to provide the best, most effective treatment available to the individual. Because all people are different, there is no proverbial silver bullet when it comes to CPAP equipment, particularly CPAP masks. However, being around the equipment for many years, The CPAP Shop staffers know what differentiates brands and manufacturers from each other. We know what equipment is designed to be versatile, well made and unique vs. products that typically don’t stand up to typical nightly use. But we understand that while words like “ResMed” and “Respironics” are part of our everyday vocabulary, they are not ordinarily part of our customer’s daily conversations. To better assist our customers, we wanted to understand more about their behavior and relationship to their CPAP equipment manufacturers, and what kind of information people are really looking for when they’re purchasing a new mask or machine.
