The DS George Noakes knew there was something weirdly appropriate about him being on the spot when Rebecca Shawcross’s body was discovered. He had arrived at Bromgrove Community Centre around 4:30pm, Monday afternoon and for some reason seemed to be alone in his appointment- which we soon found out wasn't usual at all!
