    As many research says that the salaried persons who are doing job in corporate and MNC companies in NCR such as in Noida and Gurgaon, every person wants to free from the burden of rented accommodation that is why the demand of ready to move in apartments/house is growing day by day. At present time we are seeing many builders are developing their group housing societies in Noida which is a fast growing city in NCR. But very few of them have completed their projects here, if we search the ready to move in house societies than only handful of projects would be found. Now we are talking about the functional Noida’s sectors where the connectivity is the best such as sector 50, 51, 52 and other side 76 etc from where the functional Metro Station is 2-3 kms away. One person who are paying rent amount, if he goes to book an apartment for fresh booking than he would pay the home loan EMIs so it would be very tuff to such types of people this is also the reason behind the increasing the demand of ready to move houses. At present time Amrapali Noida has completed two most awaited projects at the very prime location of Noida first is Amrapali Silicon City and 2nd is Amrapali Princely Estate both are the twin project in sector 76 Noida. Though this group has completed a numbers of residential projects in Noida but these two are the most prime location and some prime location projects of Amrapali yet to come. Amrapali Group has launched its most beautiful project namely Amrapali Crysrtal Homes which would be completed on timely because of need of the end users. And this project has a alternate for those person who want to get rid of the extra burden of EMIs of home loan so it have the most comfort payment plans such as 40:30:30 and 10:80:10 these are the comfortable because in 1st plan user can self fund and other 2nd is like a subvention payment plan. Though, the title is saying very true but if we have some easy option for future than we have to wait some more.
