ED strongly opposed Kejriwal's bail in HC, said- trial court did not consider the evidence

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had challenged the bail order of the trial court. The vacation bench of Justices Sudhir Kumar Jain and Ravinder Dudeja stayed the trial court proceedings and asked them to stay until the High Court hears the case.
