Wouldn’t it be nice to understand what is not working out for your company? What your superiors are missing? What do your peers think about you? That’s exactly what 360-degree feedback does. It’s a feedback process. Not just your superior but your peers, subordinates, and sometimes even customers evaluate you. In addition, you receive an analysis of how you perceive yourself and how others perceive you. 360-degree feedback is a process. A Reviewee gets inputs on his/her performance, behaviours, competencies, and results achieved from several different people. Subsequently, the goal is to provide the reviewee with rich input on how he/she can improve.
