Dehradun Senior Superintendent of Police Ajay Singh said that the arrested persons include Ajit Singh (44), resident of Jind, Haryana, Dr. Vaibhav Kashyap (23), resident of Patiala, Punjab, Aman Siwach (24) of Rohtak, Haryana, Vipul Gaura (31) and Jayant (22) of Hisar are included.
