“Former Students of Paul Mitchell Pasadena is n legal battle with Staff of Sexual Harassment and Racial Discrimination.” Peggy Lee Cao  of Racism towards Black Women & Violating Title IV Rights Sexual Harassment Former students of Paul Mitchell Pasadena have come forward with Lawyers.  Mike Burt a Learning leader has a Cease-and-Desist letter demanding he stop sexual harassment and racial discrimination.  Peggy Cao, Jayson Fernandes has all been named on the legal battle. The students filed police reports and Lawyered up.. Mike Burke, a teacher from Florida who also goes by the name Michael Burt, has been approached by the lawyers. Peggy Cao is personal friends with Mike Burt, and multiple women have come forward exposing his racist behavior in the letter filed by attorneys. . Despite being black, Jayson Fernandez has dropped the bal, and he conspired against students. In addition, Peggy Cao has violated Title IX by suspending the student immediately after she reported Mike for sexual and emotional harassment. This suspension was illegal.
