GOLF CLUB CROSS-TRAINING Cross-training is when the golf club staff is trained to perform various jobs by department heads to improve job performance while creating a diverse employee to grow your golf club and his/her golf career. I am a firm believer in employee cross training for numerous reasons. I know those of you who have read my blogs in the past will know I do not believe staff members should try to wear too many hats because no one can be a jack of all trades but they will definitely become a master of none. You really need to focus your concentration on one given field but cross training doesn't mean wearing multiple hats in departments requiring trained professionals.
