Jai Ram Thakur targeted State Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania and said that he was working like a “puppet” of the Chief Minister. Addressing a press conference here, Thakur said the Assembly Speaker has no power to disqualify the nine BJP MLAs.
