When National Herald issue protest in Shimla led by state Congress chief Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu and senior party leaders and ministers by that time five Congress members got burned injuries when they were trying to burn Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s mannequin in front of the DC office in Shimla.
