Meditate Meditation can help you reduce anger and anxiety giving you a calm feeling. It improves your creativity and helps you focus on the present. Meditation can be as simple as your daily prayer, yoga or just giving time to oneself. It can increase happiness and make you a positive person. 5. Gratitude Expressing gratitude towards simple things will improve your life drastically. You would find yourself changing for the better and there would always be scope for improvement. Also expressing gratitude would have a positive effect on your relationships.
