Lake City Sector M1 is one of the earliest-developed blocks of Lake City. It is, in fact, sector that brought Lake City – and to a great extent, Consult n Deal – on the map. At the time, the price of 1 Kanal plots in M1 was around PKR 06 million. As of January 2021, the same plots are now worth more than PKR 25 million (fantastic, isn’t it?).
