To lockout, just place the Circular Spacer on the handle rod, slide the Cylindrical Part on the handle rod over this spacer and then place the end cap from the other side. Once installed, the two parts virtually jam the valve lever completely. Multiple #padlocks can be installed on the holes provided. It is resistant to cracking & abrasion and highly resistant to solvent & other chemical products. It is made of strong ABS plastic - Fully non-conductive. They are resistant to extreme weather and temperature conditions making them suitable for outdoor allocations too.
