Asphalt is needed for all kinds of constructions be it for residential, industrial or commercial and sometimes in places where it does not make sense to set-up a permanent/ semi-permanent hot/ cold-mix plant. It is here that Ammann Apollo’s “MOBILE ASPHALT MIXING PLANT” comes in most handy. Pre-assembled and tested in our plant, these do not need a specially prepared foundation to set-up operations. A consolidated surface of sufficient strength suffices. A trailer-mounted assembly, it is at its max 3 meters in width making it accessible to most places without making it overtly inconvenient to the operator. Since everything is trailer-mounted with adequate connectivity, it does away with the need for any lifting mechanism like a crane not only reduces costs but also time in setting up and scaling down. Once on site, given its uniqueness, it can become operational very fast. It can also be relocated just as fast with the only thing it requires is a power source, be it a AC plug-in or a generator set. With two variants, it can deliver an astounding 90 to 140 MTs per hours. There are optional fittings of a 10 MT hot aggregator silo as also a filler silo and a bitumen tank.
