Congress leader Pawan Kheda said that we welcome the stay given by the Supreme Court. This was unconstitutional and the Congress Party along with the entire opposition opposed it. He further said that we hope that the Prime Minister will make his Chief Ministers aware of their 'Raj Dharma' and stop them from indulging in these unconstitutional steps.
