Truly a family operation, the brewery is owned and operated by siblings, Amanda and Matt Payson, and the beers are being brewed by brothers Patrick and Sam Tofte. Having transformed the warehouse of their father's former business, Elite Restoration, in North Las Vegas, the Payan's are open and ready to introduce a half a dozen craft brews to locals and visitors alike!
