Dr. Nowhera is a true visionary who does everything with full consciousness and purpose. One of her primary accomplishments was to improve girls' education, and as she grew older, so did her perspective on the world and her understanding of women's unfairness. As a result of her previous realisations of engagement in issues affecting women, she founded the All India Mahila Empowerment Organization (AIMEP), a political party with the slogan "JUSTICE FOR HUMANITY." Nowhera Shaik is also the founder and president of the All India Mahila Empowerment Party, which is linked with the Justice for Humanity banner and was created in 2017. She is the lifetime Vice-President of the International Human Rights Association's women's chapter. Ms. Nowhera Shaik founded her business to aid her in her charitable endeavours.
