PM Modi's reaction comes amid ongoing tensions with Canada following Trudeau's comments alleging India's involvement in the killing of Khalistani terrorist Hardeep Singh Nijjar last year. India has rejected the allegations as absurd and motivated. It took four days for PM Modi to respond to Trudeau's congratulatory post, while he had immediately responded to similar wishes from other world leaders.
