Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Tuesday allocated Rs 1.52 lakh crore for agriculture and allied sectors and outlined nine priorities that include increasing productivity. During his budget presentation, he said that in the next 2 years, 1 crore farmers will be helped in natural farming.
