Anthony founded DLR Real Estate Group in 2006 to bring together private capital and strong multi-family investment assets. Prior to founding DLR Real Estate Group, Anthony was involved in over 500 residential and multifamily new construction projects in various capacities including private capital raise, bank financing, project management, customer relations, new home sales, land acquisition, land development, distressed land acquisitions, multifamily leasing, a handyman services franchise with over 65 employees and residential home remodeling. Anthony benefits from his background of 5 plus years in public and private accounting and cost accounting analysis. At DLR Real Estate Group, Anthony’s goal is to invest private capital in attractive value-add multifamily B and C class assets valued between $1 and $5 million. Anthony has forged strategic relationships with companies and private individuals that focus on multifamily to partner with in acquisitions and on going asset management. Anthony earned a BBA in Accounting from College and is a Real Estate Broker in New York and Connecticut. DLR real Estate Group works with The Crecco Companies Investment Group on value- add multifamily investment assets. focusing on markets in Kentucky, Ohio, Tennessee, Alabama, Texas, North and South Carolina, New York and Florida. We are a three-generation, 60 Year old Real Estate Firm who has been involved in land development, new home construction, residential remodeling and property management.
