Through this deal the company can utilize infrastructure to launch its services. Also it signed a deal with and GTL Infrastructure Limited to commence 4G services. Independent Media Trust, the benefactor of the group has acquired Network 18 Media and Investments Limited (NW18) with its subsidiary TV18. The group and Shandong Ruyi Science and Technology Group Co. Ltd, China have joint ventured in textiles. The group owns majority of 51% in this new incorporation. The group signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Petroleos Mexicanos (PEMEX). The company will assess for potential upstream oil and gas business opportunities in Mexico.
