Breakthru delivers School Leaver Employment Supports (SLES), an NDIS-funded program supporting young people with disability through the transition from school to work. The program covers people skills, life skills, work experience placements, job hunting support (resumes, cover letters, interview prep) and on-the-job support, with eligible participants able to access up to two years of assistance. Services are available across Queensland and New South Wales.
