The liquefaction of natural gas helps the transportation and storage of LNG, and can also improve the energy utilization efficiency of fuel by increasing the energy density (it is understood that the heat of each cubic meter of liquefied natural gas is equivalent to approximately 26 cubic meters of natural gas). This requires LNG to have extremely high and stable storage capabilities. Cold insulation of LNG storage tanks is one of the key measures to ensure safe storage and long-term supply of LNG.
