Africa has a deficit of 50.5 million housing units for its population. Among the various issues that compounds the housing crisis in Africa. The biggest problem is financing. Without some reasonable financing, a housing industry cannot exist. To meet this gap AHWA and USAHF both US-registered LLCs started working together to build, sell and finance houses with a believe that they have a profitable, sustainable and replicable model that over time will resolve the housing crisis in Africa.
