Tanzania is in East Africa. The south of East Africa (80%) belongs to Tanzania. It is about 30,000 square kilometers. It is home to one of the few remaining populations of black rhino in Tanzania and just about every other East African mammal, with the exception of giraffe and impala, it is not uncommon to find the lions lying in the shade of the parked tourist vehicle. The Serengeti National Park is a Lion Conservation Unit. Blue wildebeest, zebra, African leopard, cheetah, hyena and two species of jackals, African golden wolf, More than 500 bird species can be seen there.
