Test Weights With Calibration Certificate

Category: Business

With over 53 years experience in the weighing industry, we can offer variety of Cast Iron Test Weights in various shaped and various accuracy class as per OIML R-111-1. Weights have always been used to carry out weighing procedures. This original purpose has almost disappeared. Today, weights are used almost exclusively for adjusting and testing calibration of electronic balances. We therefore call them Test weights as this is their purpose of use. Under normal conditions of use, the surface qualities shall be such that any alteration of the mass of the weights is negligible with respect to the maximum permissible error. The surface of the weights (including the base and corners) shall be smooth and the edges shall be rounded. The stability of the mass of a weight is highly dependent on the surface structure of the weight. A weight with a smooth surface is expected to be more stable than a weight with a rough surface, other things being equal. It is important that the surface of the weight be clean when its surface roughness is evaluated. The International valid OIML Directive R111-2004 classifies test weights hierarchically into accuracy classes with E1 is the most accurate and M3 is the least accurate weight class. As the appropriate test weight is only classified as checking equipment if it has relevant proof of accuracy. The whole test weight range in OIML accuracy classes are E1,E2,F1,F2,M1,M2,M3.With E1 being the most accurate and M3 being the least accurate one. The OIML has set an exact metrological requirement for weights. Error limits for weights of classes E1 to M3 has been fixed in the proportion. Thus there are a good number of mechanical Industries all over the world manufacturing these test weights. And there are also number of industries which requires these test weights to manufacture or produce their desired products. Correctly selected test weights with calibration certificate are the pre-requisite for ensuring that your balances are not only correctly adjusted but also correctly calibrated. Schedule testing of your balances with such test weights helps you to guarantee your quality requirements and maintain your quality targets.
