Like other glacial lakes, Roopkund Lake is strikingly beautiful and offers the picturesque views of snow capped hills. But the mystery relating to it makes it creepier than beautiful. When the frozen water of the lake melts, the human bones and skulls are clearly visible from the surface. Yes, the skulls and the bones which are assumed to be thousands years old.
