Trinity Energy Fund is an investment vehicle to fund the acquisition of oil producing properties, oil exploration opportunities and the capital expenditures to increase oil production on acquired properties. Trinity Group has identified a number of qualified properties for consideration by the Fund. The Fund will manage a diversified portfolio with the majority of its investments in low-risk production opportunities but the fund will also balance these investments with higher-risk, higher-return exploration investments.
