Ultra-high purity products exhibit low extractable levels and low reactivity characteristics required in ultra-high purity chemical and water applications. Ultrahigh-purity (UHP) heat exchangers enable fabs and processors to comply with the highest standards of purity. They can be used for heating and cooling ultrapure water, acids, and other corrosive chemicals needed for the manufacture of semiconductor devices, electronics chemicals, and some pharmaceutical products. We have extensive, global experience in Chemical Processing, Surface Finishing, Chlor-Alkali industry, Pickling, and Semiconductor industries which allows us to solve customer’s corrosion and high-purity heat transfer challenges.
