When it comes to recruiting staff, Dubai is a city of classification and order. After setting up a business in Dubai, many employers feel the need to hire staff. However, the need to use PRO services in Dubai can be a daunting task. According to Dubai government guidelines, employers who want to employ professionals and their families (employers) or employees must maintain a proper track record, apply for residency and process the necessary documents to obtain regular employment documents from court departments. According to the structure, companies in Dubai and elsewhere in the UAE are required to follow a set of procedures to obtain these required documents. In today's fast-paced world, many PRO service providers in Dubai can help you through this critical process. PRO services in Dubai help with employment-related document approval, document translation, labor agreements, and various other requirements. Here are the reasons why employers need PRO services before hiring employees: Employers must issue residency visas to employees: In most cases, employers must issue residency visas to employees. A UAE residency visa is made up of an employee's passport and personal information. It also includes a position specifying the company's location, residence number, and visa expiration date. Your employees need Emirates ID: Emirates ID is a magnetic chip ID proof that contains identification details such as the person's date of birth, passport number, passport photo, and the residence number provided. Employees must have medical insurance: Visas are only granted when a medical examination shows that the person is not a victim of any contagious disease - this is a concern for health concerns elsewhere in Dubai and the UAE. Therefore, the government has made medical insurance mandatory. According to reports, Emirates ID will be integrated with the medical insurance card by 2017. A labor contract is a legal requirement for your employees: Employers and employees create legal requirements that outline the employment contract process governed by law. So, you will need an agent who is completely familiar with local rules and regulations, government rules, regional language, and so on.
