Establishing a daily drinking water goal is one of the easiest ways to keep track of your water consumption. Priorities your mental health: Daily meditation can help diabetic patients by minimizing stress, reducing blood sugar levels and decreasing the risk of cardiovascular disease. Take care of your feet: Blood sugar means these minor injuries and alterations may become gateways to potentially disabling infections. But you can take several steps to help keep your feet in good shape, including wearing specialized footwear, having regular foot exams, and performing low-impact exercise.
